The second strategy is online marketing in email newsletters. Sending emails that are specific to individual customers that include details about who they are (name) and what they’re looking for (using lead information) can really make customers feel as though they matter. The last but not least personal way to reach your audience is through live videos. Streaming live gives your audience the unique experience of stepping into your world and seeing exactly what you do. Keeping the video robust and relevant with engaging experiences and creative content can really grab the attention of your customers and keep it.

2. Use Influencers

Having someone with a large audience broadcasting your brand on their social media pages can offer a huge boost to your company’s visibility instantly. Finding the right influencers who will reach the right people is key, as is developing a long-term campaign that won’t fizzle out quickly. From answering questions, to assistance in scheduling, to monitoring purchases, bots can enhance the experience users already enjoy on your site. Obviously nothing matches human interaction, but chatbots are predicted to become more common and widely used this year!
